Hide your online history

What information do we collect?

  • Details of transactions, namely donations and event bookings that are carried out on the Get Connected web site

Privacy and the Get Connected App

Phone calls, emails, text messages and webchats with the Get Connected helpline that are initiated through the Get Connected App will be treated as confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Get Connected App uses traffic analysis software to track usage of the app solely for statistical purposes and to identify potential bugs with the app. 

Geo-location services, if enabled on the users’ device, are used to help you find local help and advice services near to your current location. This information is not used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties.

The Get Connected App will feature regular promotions (e.g. competitions, money off vouchers and free media downloads). Contact details such as a name and email may be requested in order to take part in these competitions and promotions. Unless otherwise stated these contact details will not be passed on to third parties or used for any other purpose than to contact you in relation to the specific promotion. In situations where details may be passed onto third parties specific permission will be sought from you first.
