Helpline Team Leaders

12 month fixed term contract, 37.5 hours per week
£23,500 p.a. 

You will help to lead our Service Provision team in providing effective services to young people.

You will be responsible for service needs assessment and risk assessment processes, and you will support Helpline staff and volunteers across all channels to ensure they deliver a high quality service.

Please note that this role will operate Wednesday – Sunday with alternate early/late shifts.

Youth Support Officers

25 hours per week
£20,000 p.a.

 You will provide helpline services to young people as we become a visionary one-stop-shop for practical and emotional support helping young people to find the help they need to support their physical and emotional well-being.

You will support volunteers on the Get Connected helpline, ensuring they deliver a high quality service and you will be responsible for service needs assessment and risk assessment processes.

Please note that this role will either operate on a weekly early/late rotation from Sunday – Wednesday, or a fixed Sunday – Wednesday 5pm – 11pm shift pattern.

Communications and Outreach Officer

The Communications and Outreach Officer role is a new and exciting opportunity to help directly promote our charity to young people across a range of platforms. You will support Get Connected’s outreach work to public, private and voluntary organisations that support the development of young people aged 14-25.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, fun and creative person to join our team. You will be passionate about working with young people.

Get Connected Trustee positions

Get Connected is looking for two new trustees to join our Board, supporting the charity’s bold and exciting plans to become a household name in the UK and to help more young people than ever before to find the support they need.

A Trustee within Get Connected is responsible, collectively with other trustees, for setting Get Connected’s strategic aims and objectives, and ensuring the charity’s objectives are achieved. You will be responsible for the well-being and development of the organisation and for its good governance, in compliance with current legislation under the Companies and Charities Acts.
