Part of our mission is to help other organisations provide support to young people. So we're keen to share our learning - and hear yours - if you're working with young people.

We can also provide case studies of calls, emails and webchats from the helpline. We’re a confidential service, so all identifying details of the young person are changed, but case studies give a candid insight into the situations young people are facing when they contact us, and what happens in the course of a call, email or webchat. Look for the blue box in the right column of any page of the site or contact us for case studies on a particular issue.
