Depression

Depression happens to most of us. Sometimes you feel generally low and can't find a reason why. Whether it's been a day or a year since you last felt happy, whether you're a little bit down or thoroughly miserable, it usually helps to talk it through with someone and we are happy to listen.

We can look at organisations that will help you feel better; perhaps somewhere you can discuss your feelings with other people, in person or online, or simply a listening service where you can talk about anything that's bothering you.
