Health

Your wellbeing is important, but it can be difficult to talk about your physical, mental, sexual and emotional health. It can also be difficult to know where to go to find the right information that can help you.

You might not even be sure what it is that's worrying you. It could just be a vague sense that things aren't quite right. Whether you’re worried about illness, depression, pregnancy or the health of someone in your family, it's better to talk about it before things really get you down and the situation gets worse.

Our Helpline Volunteers will discuss the options with you. There is lots of advice and information available to you and Get Connected will put you in touch with it.

Our Helpline Volunteers are trained to provide emotional support, so your first step is to contact them on: 080 8808 4994, Email or Webchat*. You can also look for help yourself in our directory, WebHelp24/7.
