Become a Friend

Become a friend

We have helped over 100,000 young people find the support they needed when they didn't know where to look, outlining the options available and then putting them in touch with their chosen sources of support for free: over the phone, via webchat, by email or through our Webhelp 24/7 for online self-help.

When a young person needs help to make sense of their situation and identify their priorities, our trained volunteers allow them to talk through their issues at their own pace and in confidence. We can then connect them straight through to the best service for them from over 13,000 anywhere in the UK. Our service costs them nothing.

Our aim is to ensure that every child and young person in the UK can access the help they need, when they need it.

Become a Friend of Get Connected and donate from as little as £100 a year, and help more young people get the vital assistance they need. Plus, you’d be in good company- we were delighted to have esteeemed young actor Daniel Radcliffe become Get Connected’s Best Friend in 2009.
