Call us for free from a landline or mobile, anywhere in the UK. Any day of the year, between 1pm and 11pm, we're here to find you the best help available. We can text your mobile with important information about any service you're interested in.
If you can't afford the cost of the helpline you've decided to speak to or you don't want the call to another service to show up on your phone bill, we can connect you for free via a 3-way phone conversation.
Apart from the Helpline Worker you're speaking to, other Helpline staff may listen to your call. This is to ensure we provide you with the highest quality service possible and to support the Helpline Worker as they try to find you the best help available. We don't have access to your phone number and can't trace your call, although the Police can do this if they consider your situation to be an emergency.
