How it works

One of our trained helpline workers will listen to whatever's bothering you and ask you some questions about the situation. You don't have to tell us anything you're not comfortable about and we won't rush you.

Once we've helped to establish what it is that's worrying you and what kind of help you might find useful, the helpline worker will suggest services that might be appropriate and either provide you with a free connection to that service, or provide you with the details for them so you can contact them in your own time.

Whether you contact us by email, webchat or telephone, your conversation with will be confidential and our helpline worker will be impartial and supportive at all times.
