Young people's feedback

As a confidential helpline, Get Connected doesn't often hear back from the young people we've helped - especially since it's our job to connect them to other services, so we don't find out how they get on. So we've set ourselves an objective to gather more feedback, and to find out what outcomes for young people are once they've contacted Get Connected. 

We've already got an online feedback form and a freephone number for young people to leave their comments.

Now we've started publishing comments from young people who've used the service - good, bad or mixed. We hope these comments will help other young people decide whether to contact us, and of course they'll help us improve the service we provide.
